Almost every day in norilsk starts with a call to automated weather forecast service – aktirovka. It does not just say the temperature but which roads are closed due to harsh winter conditions and which schools are not working. As a child that is the most exciting moment of the morning – you get to know if you can miss out on school. Every day i recorded that automated voice of aktirovka against the weather conditions of that day.
